	The Land Use Office is the coordination point for all activities in town that pertain to or effect the land use within the City of Torrington. The Planning and Zoning Commission, the Architectural Review Committee, the Zoning Board of Appeals , the Conservation Commission and the Inland Wetlands Commission base their actions from this office.
