The Board of Finance consists of six members, along with the Mayor, who shall be electors and taxpayers of the City.
The Board of Finance shall consider, and may in its discretion, adjust, modify, reject or approve proposed budgets submitted by department heads, provided that prior to final approval of the budgets, it shall meet with the Board of Councilmen and discuss any adjustments or modifications.
The Board of Finance holds its regular meetings on the third Tuesday of the month at 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers.
